The Œuf Galets is a new hommage to the Pure Origin Peru chocolate, a small marvel harvested in the Morropón province, by the Asprobo agricultural Community, with citrus notes. It is coated with a multitude of colourful and gourmet Galets, a theatre of finesse for the senses. A limited edition creation to introduce, as a sneak preview, the newcomers to Pierre Hermé Paris’ chocolate repertoire.

Filled with small Intense, Infiniment Praliné Noisette, Mathilda, Corso and Sensation eggs, and dark chocolate and milk chocolate croquants Nougatine eggs filled with dark hazelnut praline.
