WineChap is delighted to announce their collaboration with luxury Private Game Reserve, Sabi Sabi for a unique WineChap Safari Weekend on the breathtaking plains of South Africa—departing from London on the 25th April 2013.
Tom Harrow will guide guests through tastings of top South African wines and will also be joined by revered wine makers Ken Forester and Tertius Boshoff (of Stellenrust) who will host dinners for guests paired with wines selected from their own vineyards.
By day guests can safari amongst ‘The Big Five’ – lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards and rhinos or unwind in the Amani spa, and by night, enjoy delicious cuisine, incredible wines and outstanding company before retiring to the stunning guest rooms at Earth Lodge. Lunch will be in the company of the guest winemaker, sundowners will be a selection of wines from his vineyard and dinner will
be served with paired wines, all ably hosted by Tom, who will also present his favourite wines from Journey’s End in Stellenbosch.

The “Game Drives & Wine Flights” trip is priced from £3,750 per person based on two people sharing. This includes 3 nights full board at Sabi Sabi, two game drives per day, wine tastings, hosted dinners, international and internal economy fights. Flights will depart from Heathrow on Thursday 25th April, arriving Johannesburg Friday 26th April; and departing Johannesburg on 29th April,
arriving back in Heathrow on 30th April. Upgrades on international flights are available from £680 per person for Premium Economy and from £1,900 per person for Business Class.
